Royal Convention Centre
A star-pattern jali screen across the whole upper front of a convention centre.
About the project
A single jali screen with a repeating star pattern runs across the full width of the Royal Convention Centre's upper front in Mysuru, behind the sweeping canopy over the entrance.
White pilaster panels frame the entrance and carry the centre's name. When the hall is lit for an event, light from inside shows through the pattern.
