How custom pieces are made and fixed

  1. Brief

    Send what you have: a sketch, a photo, a file or the object itself.

  2. Drawing or model

    We draw or model the piece and agree it with you before any mould is made.

  3. Master and mould

    A master is made and moulded; rubber moulds capture fine detail and undercuts.

  4. Casting and finish

    The piece is cast, cured and finished, ready for paint or gilding if needed.

What do you need to quote for a custom piece?

A drawing or photo, the size, how many you need, and where it will go. WhatsApp is the quickest way to send them.

Can you copy an existing ornament?

Yes. We can mould from the original if it is sound, or model a copy from photos and measurements.

Can you cast our company logo?

Yes, as raised or recessed relief in a panel. Send the logo file and the size you want.

Can a custom piece be one of a kind?

Yes. The mould is the main cost of a one-off; if you may want more later, ask us to keep the mould.
