About the project

The entrance of the Courtyard by Marriott in Bengaluru is a deep porch under one wide arch, framed by round columns and finished with a moulded cornice and a balustrade along its top edge.

Along the ground floor the arch repeats between full-height columns. Beside the hotel sign and green wall, a row of tall geometric jali screens stands in front of the glass, giving that side of the building pattern without shutting out the light.
